Location: Residential Aged Care Facility (Bendigo, Victoria)
Salary: $38 to $48 per hour + superannuation + penalties
Position Type: Permanent, Fixed Afternoon Shifts

At MediSeek Global, we are dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse Grade 2 to join our esteemed client's modern and supportive Residential Aged Care Facility in Bendigo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care. (New Graduate RNs are welcome to apply.)
• RN In Charge (RNIC) experience is desirable but not essential.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
