Confidentiality Undertaking (Pre-Employment)
This Confidentiality Undertaking ("Undertaking") is entered into by the candidate hereinafter referred to as the "Candidate”, who is applying for a role with MediSeek Global Pty Ltd, (“Company”).
Purpose:
The Candidate is applying for employment as a nurse/healthcare worker with the Company. During the recruitment, screening, and onboarding stages, the Candidate acknowledges that confidential information may be shared. The Candidate recognises the critical importance of maintaining the confidentiality of this information.
Confidential Information:
Confidential information includes but is not limited to:
Terms and conditions of employment; and
Details about the Company and/or Clients of the Company.
Confidentiality Obligations:
1. Disclosure: The Candidate shall not disclose or share any confidential information to any third party without the explicit written consent of the Company, except as required or permitted by law.
2. Return or Destruction: Upon request or at the end of the employment relationship, the Candidate shall return or destroy all documents and materials containing confidential information obtained during the recruitment and employment process.
Acknowledgment:
The Candidate acknowledges that a breach of the Confidentiality Undertaking may cause significant harm to the Company and may result in legal action.
By completing the Company’s web registration form, the Candidate confirms their understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions contained herein.
